Horseback riding lessons are conducted at our ranch, which has a spacious ring, beautiful views, and a shaded patio with tables and chairs for those that want to watch the lessons.

Our instructors are nationally recognized and have years of experience and our horses are rescues that have we have rehabilitated and trained. While all of them are great for lessons, we work with you and the horse to match temperments and skill-development.

Tiny Tot

The Tiny Tot lesson is a 30-minute horseback riding lesson for young cowboys and cowgirls who've outgrown the pony rides at the fair.  It's a great introduction to riding.   We provide riding boots and SEI/ATSM certified equestrian helmets.

Horseback riding lessons are available for both Western and English riding.  We provide riding boots and SEI/ATSM certified equestrian helmets, but after a few months, you should consider getting your own.  See our Resources section for places.

While our semi-private horseback riding lessons are intimate, sometimes private lessons are nice,  especially to master certain skills or simply to enjoy having the ring to yourself. As with the other lessons, we provide riding boots and SEI/ATSM certified equestrian helmets.

Commitment from the student is important in the training/coaching process.  Western or English riding lessons need to be scheduled in advance and paid for to secure a guaranteed day and time. Payment must be received by time of lesson and are paid either by cash or check.

Cancellation of a lesson via text or phone 760-224-2483 48 hours prior to your scheduled lesson or you will be charged for the lesson.

Parents/grandparents/spouses, friends are welcome to watch the lesson in progress. Children must be supervised at all times.

All riders, family, friends who are on my ranch must sign a liability release.
